We partner with hundreds of dealers, lumber yards, hardware stores, and home centers in our region, providing them with the products, marketing support, and customer service they need to grow and succeed in an ever more competitive marketplace.

Established in 1943, BMD supplies quality building materials. BMD supplies quality products to independent lumberyards, regional building material dealers, window and door specialty retailers, hardware retailers and home centers.

An employee-owned company, BMD is headquartered on a company-owned 22-acre site in Galt, California. BMD has two distribution centers in the East Region, located in Dunn, NC, and Memphis, TN. In 1982, we entered into what is now our East service region, quickly becoming leaders in building products distribution for North Carolina, South Carolina, and the surrounding areas, working out of our facility in Dunn, NC. In 2015, BMD acquired Interstate Distributors, further enhancing our ability to provide builders in this region with the highest quality products and materials from our leading brands.

CONCRETE ACCESSORIES

BMD supplies our East Region customers with a wide range of concrete accessories—concrete, cement, fasteners, wire and metal lath, anchors, and more—from the finest manufacturers in the USA.

DECK & RAIL

We supply the East Region with decking and railing products from some of the greatest companies in the industry, including Deckmaster, Deck2Wall, MFM, Genovations, KOMA, Marwin, and Chickasaw.

DOORS
