Tom Comery joins BMD, Inc. as Sr. Vice President of Distribution

Galt, CA (February 2, 2009) – Building Material Distributors, Inc. (BMD, Inc.) is pleased to announce that Tom Comery has joined BMD, Inc. as Sr. Vice President of Distribution. In this newly established position, Comery will have full authority and P & L responsibility for all functions and disciplines within the BP and FP divisions. Comery will report directly to President and CEO of BMD, Inc., Garry Tabor.
Comery has almost thirty years of industry experience with executive positions in companies such as SierraPine Composite, Georgia-Pacific and Trus Joist Corp. Most recently, Comery was President and CEO of Jager Building Systems.

Tom Comery earned his accounting degree from Otterbein College in Ohio.
