I-joist

BMD stocks I-Joists from Roseburg in the North and LP in the South that are certified by the Engineered Wood Association (APA-EWS). Whether you are building a house, an apartment, condo, commercial building, 8 story parking garage or just adding a few joists to stiffen an existing floor BMD can help you through the project.

Open Web Truss

BMD distributes a full line of Open Web trusses. These Open Web trusses are ideal for running large duct works through the joist. With our Professional engineering staff we can assist the lumber dealer through the design process and on to delivering the project to the job.

Beams

With over 25 years experience in the structural beam market our team can supply you with Architectural Glue laminated beams, side curves, corbel cut glu-lams, Port Orford cedar glu-lams, California School beams (title 24), high strength GL3000 beams, Port Orford Cedar Dock beams, and glu-lam bridges. Wood beams from 6’ to 125’ are available.

Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL)

BMD stocks a full range of LVL for use as beams, headers, studs and stair stringers. With design values exceeding industry standards BMD chooses only the highest performing products to put in the market.
